Dohtonbori

In case you're a fan of Japanese food, this restaurant should be in your go-to list.

It offers the first and only "cook-your-own okonomiyaki experience."

Okonomiyaki literally means "cooking what you want."

Dohtonbori Philippines launched its first branch in Greenhills.

Must try: Mixed Okonomiyaki

It has squid, pork, shrimp, octopus, tempura bits, red pickled ginger, egg, onions, and cabbage.

Botejyu

One of the newly-opened restaurants in SM Megamall is Botejyu.

It is Japan's pioneer okonomiyaki and okosoba specialty restaurant from Osaka, the country's food capital.

Botejyu Philippines first opened in SM Mall of Asia.

Must try: Original Okosoba

An original of the restaurant, the Okosoba is a "well-balanced hearty dish with thick yakisoba noodles and tons of cabbage sandwiched between batter and fried egg."

It is flavored with a secret sauce, Osaka mayonnaise and Japanese mustard.
